1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to REVO. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the REVO platform, including our website, applications, and autonomous trading services (collectively, the "Services") operated by REVO ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must: be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law, not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited, and complete our registration and verification process.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Description of Services

REVO provides an autonomous trading platform that executes cryptocurrency derivative trades on connected exchanges. Our Services include: autonomous trading algorithms and strategies, portfolio management and monitoring tools, performance analytics and reporting, risk management features, and API connectivity to supported cryptocurrency exchanges.

Important: REVO does not custody your funds. Your assets remain on the connected exchanges at all times. We only access your exchange accounts through API credentials you provide, with permissions limited to trading operations.

4. Risk Disclosure

IMPORTANT RISK WARNING

Trading cryptocurrency derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition. The high degree of leverage that is often obtainable in cryptocurrency trading can work against you as well as for you.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that: cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable, past performance is not indicative of future results, you may lose some or all of your invested capital, algorithmic trading systems can experience technical failures, market conditions may result in significant losses, you are solely responsible for your trading decisions, and you should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Account Registration and Security

5.1 Account Creation

To access our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activities that occur under your account, notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access, and ensuring your API credentials are properly secured.

5.3 API Credentials

When you connect your exchange accounts, you grant us permission to execute trades on your behalf using the API credentials you provide. You represent that you have the authority to grant this permission and that the API credentials are valid.

6. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure will be disclosed to you during the registration process and in your account dashboard. By using our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees, which may include: platform subscription fees, performance-based fees, and transaction fees.

Note that exchange fees, network fees, and other third-party charges are separate and not included in our fees.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts, interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services, use the Services to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading, provide false or misleading information, use automated systems to access the Services in a manner that exceeds reasonable use, resell, sublicense, or transfer your access to the Services, or use the Services if you are in a restricted jurisdiction.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, are owned by REVO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF CONTENT, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, AND RESULTS OR OUTCOMES FROM USING THE SERVICES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REVO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, trading losses or missed opportunities, unauthorized access to or alteration of your data, any third-party conduct on the Services, and any other matter relating to the Services.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REVO and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any rights of another party, and your trading activities.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination: your right to use the Services will immediately cease, we will cease all trading activities on your behalf, you remain responsible for any pending transactions, and provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
