While leading a human-run proprietary trading desk, Anderson Ricardo saw how deeply emotions could influence financial decisions. Personal pressures could undermine discipline and put capital at risk.
One day, the desk lost more than US$600,000. That experience became the catalyst for REVO.
Anderson set out to develop technology that could reduce emotion-driven decisions and manage exposure to sudden, adverse market moves. Development began in Portugal in 2022, with an ambition to make sophisticated trading tools more accessible and place capital protection at the heart of the experience.

Anderson Ricardo’s entrepreneurial journey began in a low-income family in Brazil. He became a millionaire at 27.
His career includes building companies sold to major investment funds in Brazil and the United States. Across his ventures, one ambition has remained constant: create original solutions that challenge established markets.
With REVO, he brings that experience to a team of developers united by a shared purpose: put advanced trading technology within reach of more people.
